The Training center

Brief introduction
The word of God church is developing with God’s grace. At the beginning the believers who accept the gospel, they are moved by Holy Spirit and begin t spread the gospel to the next generation. With the Holy spirit working and a lot of miracles appeared, Holy spirit shows His almighty , more and more people believe in Gospel. So a part of those people who gets clear calling can attend bible training. Then they are sent to different place to build the church and spread the gospel. As this way, gospel will spread the whole China

Samely, I got the training in The word of God church , then to be sent. God’s presence and Holy Spirit’s seal , with a lot of Miracles and the powerful ability，Apostolic model is in everywhere. So more and more new churches are built, more and more places are winned by Gospel. Though not all of the people. There have been  the witness of light, then there will be the wittiness of city. This witness is from near to far. From a nation to many ethnic groups, from one level to different levels. From a place to the whole country. Even developing to neighbor countries. With saint’s prayer, those brothers and sisters who are willing to dedicate themselves to God ,the church is developing with love.

The believers is more and more. The gathering is more and more. The church is developing and was apparently built by God.and different sisters and brothers shows their different gifts. The positons of Church is not from people , but from Holy spirit. So we must follow Holy spirit’s moving. We can’t be numb, we must be sensitive, and work with Holy spirit. The church has to face some heresy’s attacking, and  it has to face finance problem have to face three family problem.( three family means. 1 reception family. It includes reception preachers ,and reception gathering family. 2. Offering family, They offer their kids to be preacher family, 3. Be jail family. For the belief and preacher who are arrested and to be put into the jail)

So we have to start to manage our ministry and make our ministry regulation . As the biblical standard. Holy Spirit shows individual gifts to manage the events of Church.as the level of life to receive God’s time and influence. They can accept God’s time and influence. give team workers working mission.
As different gifts and burden to give different jobs.(with Morning Star training bible center built. Training workers become the key point of developing church, more and more young people arise by God and the gospel is spreading for un-Gospel rapidly. Even like as , until now the church is still developing and building. In this period, it is still not perfect. Ask God to make the church be perfect and flawless.

So we obviously we can see, one by one servant was modified by God, especially for workers. Work is a process which modifies worker, These great job accomplish God’s couple wills. Recent years. The church begin to care for weak group,care for the serious disaster.we still work hard and make the city build the mountain to testify God. Though we have done so many things. it does not mean the building has been built completely. We still need to keep on going by God.

The churches are built in different places. The bible training center is more and more . More and more seminary students are sent, the training class is better and better! Students’ number is noticed by government. One good point is different background church can see graduating students’s witness and changing. They are willing to take the student to our training center to get training. And they are willing to receive our preacher to serve with them. They are willing to accept our class and training  in their church. More and more students want to attend the bible class training. So we have to change training method, after the training way is changed, the students can attend the training and they  don’t need to go to training center. We can classify our class, and as different needs to supply training.

Taking the province as a unit has training advantage. Local people attend the training,it can reduce the costs and have more safety ,and attentive background is all kinds. Reduce the culture shock for different churches or coworkers. What the challenge is ,it needs more teachers and money and printing books. 

So every year we have 8 times trainings. Every time our training lasts one month. Like as,  more coworker can attend train by turn. It can bless more coworkers and pastors.(it include rural church, city church, university fellowship, business people and so on). We can have this abundant result with the help from oversea. We are full of thankful for this .We ask God to prepare more churches and pastors to join.we hope we can serve more province in future.

Analyze The word of God church’s development and training ministry

The problems and needs among training

A  make a plan to send preacher----------  Every christian come to join
B take the direct to be unit to choose key coworkers, chose those who adapt to accept training
C lack resource. Support workers as the plan. Mobilize offering of the whole team and church
D Look for young coworker who is missed in church: last 20 years, there are thousands and millions of young people is missed in the church. It includes thousands of young people who attended the bible training.
resolve way   Implementation Strategy
ATake the province as a unit ,Training center sort out the class and the hymn and the church’s situation and the training progress. Training teachers come back to training center on time,and communicate and refresh the class and accept the equipment. And summarize the work and evaluate for different jobs.
Goal:
Training ministry encourage different church copy this model. ( include our class)
make it get larger influence, according to training and developing model,make more workers to be equipped,spread gospel and build churches in order to accomplish Gospel mission, make gospel to bless our county. Bless neighbor country, and send preachers to those place where is needed Gospel’s influence is so great for the whole human, and it will continue to go!
